Common Bosch Repairs

Common problems with bosch washing machines

1, won't spin. this is normally because the filter is blocked, which is simple to remedy by yourself.

bottom right or left of machine is a flap undo flap and undo circular filter trap. (Warning cup as much water out of the drum first) now  have a couple of towels or a wet and dry vac. Check for debris if any in the whole, clear out..

Fighting with Fear! (maybe with Action)

Away in the Sahara, fighting the torment of the gritty sand blast whipped up by a freak storm. Can't believe it only lasted two minutes, seemed like an eternity. I know now the pain the British museums walls must of gone through to get it's face lift. I feel like a new man, as if 20 years could be erased as simply as stepping into sand storm.. I think not... I'm still the same guy albeit blinking a lot more vigorously. Bloody grit still there, scratching my lense. blurred vision, wish it was the drink. Maybe age creeping up... FEAR... this is what scares me the most, thinking of the years dissappearing into oblivion, never to be viewed again.

The same bloody questions fill my head every day at some point or another. What to do next ? What do I want from life? where is my passion?

Twenty One years have passed since I became a capitalist. It all happened after reading an American popular psychology book, about being careful what you set your mind on, because you will likely get it. By God, I've found it to be one of the truest things. The trouble is how do you keep your mind off the opposite SEX, it plagues me as much as what do I do next with Life..

I read a great quote by Richard Bandler in his latest book. stop thinking about what you want to do with rest of your life, why not think about what you want to do tommorrow. what an awesome question to add to your itenery of questions What do you want to do tommorrow.. This can create such a paradigm shift in your mental state if you just take one great day at a time.

I know most of you will be thinking can't think about that, got work, got to pay the bills somehow or some equally as paralysing excuse to keep you from what you want(just think of the excuses as your minds way of testing you resolve and desire). but what if you imagined for just a minute that you had enough money and time to do what you want to do. what would it be come on stop reading and just go grab yourself a drink and have some self fantasy time..

What would you do tommorrow, if you had nothing and no one standing in your way..

Bill Gates Last Dollar! or Your Finacial ruin..

£1 or $1 is not a great deal of money, but what would You spend your last coin on?

Bill Gates has been widely recognised as stating he would spend his last dollar on marketing!

So if the 2nd richest man in the world would spend his last dollar on marketing, just maybe, it is something us small business people should take notice of.

A friend of mine uptil recently had a very successful hot and cold nourishing food van.
Everyday he would open the van, put out his open signs and deliver 500 small menus he would
print off when he got home in the everning with a new special food selection to tempt tomorrows hungry customers for the next day. He was a smash everybody loved the choice of different foods he would create to tantalise their taste buds, everyday he was bombarded with orders and everyday his pockets would fill.

This friend of mine had a son, a very clever guy studying politics at university, very well spoken and handsome. His father worshiped him and respected his judgement as my friend wasn't really that educated. His son came home for the summer holidays and started explaining about the poor economics of the land and suggesting that job loses were huge and that
his dad shouldn't waste so much time and effort with his small business and to cut corners.

So my friend stopped printing his menus, putting his leaflets out for the world to peruse and his customers slowly but surely stopped buying his gourmet(but well priced) food
suprise suprise his son was right, we are in a bad state and financial crisis.

Moral of the Story, beware of what happens when you stop marketing and start listening
to negative images and stories of massive failures that are causing the economy to crash to the ground all around us.

The BIGGEST MISTAKE You or I as a small business person can do is to subscribe to this
Negative advertising.

What I need You to do Is
#1 Keep your Chin Up! Keep your for sale board OUT & OPEN
#2 Put you self in your customers shoes. How can you make it easier to buy from You.
#3 Create a customer referral system!
#4 Look for joint venture Partnerships!
#5 Create your Online Brand!
#6 Write a marketing stategy and work it!

Research of the worlds top salespeople showed that the one and only common dominator was
the speed of which they would implement something New!

Are You a Success, or are you going to keep your head down and try and ride this one out?

My advice would be to get something out there now and get into niche marketing and when I say
Niche marketing I mean appeal to as many niches as you can. Targeted Niche marketing is the
current top performing concept You can do and it is far easier than trying to appeal to everyone at once..

Ever since I heard this, I've been constantly doing this.
four houses, 3 businesses later. I'm still doing it!
I'm not greedy, but in a habbit of saving and investing.
and things come easy now. It was hard to do to begin with
but I'm very glad I began, becasue at 38 i'm close to being
able to retire.



As Pt Barnum(the greatest show on Earth)
stated "Vanity is the cause of many
wasted fortunes". So, care less about the eyes of others
and more about what you want to happen in the
future for yourself.

If you want abject poverty, spend every penny on
things that will break or will mean nothing in 10 years.

If you don't want to be boring, split your money into
different pots.
Debts, Investment, Living, tithing & Fun!
Living(rent, mortgage, food, utilities)
investment 10% (saving, property stocks, business)
fun 10%(new clothes, beer,meals)
debt(as much as you can)
Loans(only if you can earn more than you pay)

remember investments should breed more monies
always seek professional advice( read the

rich dad, poor dad-Robert Kiyosaki.

But definately spend less than you earn

The three mistakes you should absolutely not make!

  1. The use of one geographical number covering an area that should
    have 2 or even 3 different area codes... This limits Leads,
    because people like local people.

  2. The use of a Freephone number to hide the location of your business
    (my research shows that 9-1 against this idea) It just doesn't
    work as effectively for local service businesses. not only are
    they inaffective in attracting callers, but people are using
    mobiles more often to call services and these cost more for
    them.


  3. Worst of all, the use of local and national numbers like 0845 or 0870.
    JUST DON'T!!!!

more than One Geographical Number, So Simple! but where do you get one, well from me. It is so simple and they needn't cost the earth either.

Yellow Page Killer Advertising

Yippee, it's that time of year again, that dreaded time, when you have to put together your marketing campaign, and what a pain it can be!!!!

So many questions flood your mind..

How much do I spend?
Whats everybody else doing?
Will it work this time?
Will it work aswell as last year?
Will somebody else be better?
Will I get a sh** position again?
Who will the rep be, don't want him/her front last year they sold me a dud?
I have to advertise don't I?.

A lot of people share the same fears & frustrations, about Yellow page advertising, Including myself!

I have been advertising now in the yellow pages for about 9 years and have spent in the region £85,000
  1. £160 year 1
  2. £360 year 2
  3. £600 year 3 splashed out to dominate, Lol, so I thought!
  4. £2450 (started learning about marketing/testing)
  5. £12,000(1st real set of testing)
  6. £3600 (result from last year testing worked really well this year)
  7. £42,000 (extreme testing, loads of variables, headline, numbers, content, offers,usp)
  8. £17,000 (rewarded for testing, same results as spending 42k, but still testing)
  9. £7,500(expected gto £250k) this year!

The increase in spend, reflects not only, testing various things, but also down turn in repairs, with people increasing buying new!

I think the general public are scared of high repair bills and being ripped off when they could buy something new.

So, Yellow page advertisers have got competition from all sides, down turn in repairs and other advertisers, obviously people are getting naturally smarter with advertsing each year!

Killer Yellow Page Advertising is basically a blue print for staying ahead of the competition and discovering new ways of getting people to ring and sometimes, you have to go back in time to older ways of setting your stall out, because it's the only thing that makes a difference.

These rules are in no way ranked in order of importance!

So what next well first thing you need to do is decide who your target market are.

and be very specific, it is best to aim at a niche customer problem and get them rather than try to grab everything and end up with nothing!

In my AAA Repairman business, we aim at customers with specific brands as opposed to problems, but tests have shown both work. ie BOSCH is one ad and Hotpoint would be another!

or you could go for Cold Oven, or even Help! when writing the headline, remember to clarify and spark interest with the heading or a smaller sub-heading. I've tried using the heading Free Parts and clarified the statement with a nice sub-heading. But bombed out. others have been Get these repaired today, Sunday roast needed and £10 Off with this AD.

I've tried loads of things, not everything, but loads of things. and with the experience gained, I could dominate 3-4 pages of advertisings with my ad strategy. And I hasten to ad it's not all about being at the front of the classified section. people quite often ring around for the best quote, not everyone but a lot.

Customers Minds. Customers will be thinking about a lot of things when they're looking for the right person, Price, Service,Availability, trustworthyness, who's less likely to rip me off, dogs just been sick on the baby, in debt, and feeling stressed about all manor of things. they could be thinking it's just leaked on the floor.

Your ad or headline has got to resonate with what they are thinking as they are looking for someone to come out. and not only that and your ad has got to match as much of thier criteria for employing you as possible, ie location, professionalism, will it cost a load, guarantee. you have to tick as many boxes as possible.

A very simple way of doing this is to some research and find

the fears and frustrations / wants and aspirations of your clients.

that is 2 lists go on, go get it and come back,

If you want to dominate your field and dominate profitably. you need to service the needs of people that bring the best reward, with the least effort and it's them people that you need to find out about. eg.

I get 1200 calls per month for my repair business.

25-35% book straight away, about 10-20% are asking about price. so what I want is the first group they pay, they're happy with a good service and recommend Me.

In my experience you get a small percentage of people like 1-2% that you will feel sorry about. STAY CLEAR of these as they're the most hassel, you reduce your price to the bone, and go completely out of your way and something goes wrong 9/10 times, but when you charge normal fees and do normal stuff, things just seem to run smoothly WHY.

Who cares, stop reducing price for people and concentrate on giving a good service!

Now you should have 2 lists that are headed F/F and W/A now go through your section in the yellow pages ad by ad and see how many competitors and you, tick what boxes for your customers. who wins does it correlate with how successful they are.

Fact #1 The yellow page is a lead generator and is there to get the phone to ring!

You need to design the ad so your phone rings, this is where a good offer like free report or discount or something relavant!.

Objective: remember you want the phone to ring, but with quality Leads!!! not every tom dick and harry who wants something for nothing>>>

OK, that's it for now!

Just a bit from me, from testing and research i've taken my company from 15k to 225k in 5 years and i'm sure I can take it further, but that is down to setting up systems!

My experience has come from the study and execution of reports, ebooks, books, audios attending marketing and sales seminars the list is endless and the monetry investment is in the tens of thousands. I think the main difference between winners and losers, is not academic, but the willingness to take action, testing and more action untillllllllllllllllllll you get what you want!
